Met Gala 2014

My oh my! So many stars at this year's Met Gala were to die for! At most events lately, I've found myself only loving up to 5 looks. Not this time! These celebs pulled out all the stops! All of the dresses that really caught my eye had a color palet of black, white, gray (silver), and neutral. Doesn't seem like the most exciting array of colors, but when you see the gowns, you'll know why I fell for them! Here are my favorite looks from the evening...count 'em...there're 12!!

Blake Lively in Gucci Première

Lily Aldridge in Michael Kors

Rihanna in Stella McCartney

Gisele Bündchen in Balenciaga

Cara Delevingne in Stella McCartney

Beyoncé in Givenchy Couture and veil by Philip Treacy

Lily Donaldson in Burberry

Victoria Beckham in Victoria Beckham

Nicole Richie in Donna Karan

Suki Waterhouse in Burberry

Joan Smalls in Vera Wang

Stella Tennant in Burberry

Which is your fav?

Namaste=Touchdown!!

I have to be honest. When it comes to football, two things excite me.  1.Seeing Gisele Bündchen in the stands cheering on her husband, Tom Brady ( I really heart Gisele!! )  2. When the Seahawks are actually doing so well, that there is a fighting  chance they will make it to the Super Bowl, and possibly be able to claim the victory that was ripped away from them by the Steelers in '06. Apart from those things, I could really care less.

However, being a sucker for cute fashion, I had to snatch this T when I came across it ( on clearance might I add ) at Target! I mean, hey! It is football season after all! And I may not speak football, but this Arian Foster T definitely speaks to my inner yogi!

New Age Grunge

It's no surprise that fashion is a cycle, and if it was around before, chances are it will come around again.

In 2012 it's grunge. That's right. The 90's are back! This may strike fear in some people's hearts, but do not despair, with the comeback brings reinvention!

From the runways, to editorial spreads, to street fashion, hair color is huge! And I don't mean color like, "Oh...that's a pretty blonde" or "What a rich brunette!" NO! I mean COLOR! Every color of the rainbow is gliding down the tresses of fashion lovers everywhere. This may be a bit too intense for some to take on, but if you have the courage, look at the photo below of how beautiful it can be! It's cotton candy goodness!
