Sun Craze

You know, there's a saying around Seattle: Sun does not equal warmth! The deception used to drive me crazy when I lived there. Now, even though I'm not deceived by its teasing glow, it still makes me a little crazy (can you tell?).  I think the only solution is that summer needs to be here. Tomorrow.

On a style note, I absolutely LOVE this sweater! If it wasn't on it's way to the dry cleaner right now I'd wear it again tomorrow.

[ Vancouver Fashion Week Recap ] The Runway Is Golden

Looks from Goldie at Vancouver Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014. 

There may be a buzz in Milan, but let's be honest, when my bff is walking the runway, chances are my excitement is going to shift to a time zone a little closer to home. As you know, last week dré walked for several shows in Vancouver Fashion Week. There were a couple designers in the line up that caught my eye for their ready to wear appeal.

Above I captured a few looks from London designer Goldie that had me saying, "Can I get that dress!?" Unfortunately, dré was too busy stealing the show to receive my telepathic plee. Le sigh.

It's August 8th!!! All our code keepers know that 8 is drédin's favorite number, so on 8/8 we have to celebrate! 8 is so fashionable! Think about it. It's sexy curves, perfect symmetry, and it just seems to pop up in all our favorite areas of life!
