Last Friday, my daughter's class took a field trip to a nursing home, to read and sing to the elderly for Valentine's Day. I went along as a chaperone, and in effort to keep things festive, I made sure to wear a pop of red and a pink lip.
I can't articulate the way my heart felt to see my baby girl show love to people who would have otherwise felt lonely on the day of love <3
