My good friend approached me last week, wanting a hair transformation. Of course I was all in! Her photo of Jessica Alba as inspiration got me even more excited. After all, it's always nice when your client has impeccable taste.

I just finished reading an article the other day about a color trend from Europe that's making its way into the U.S. called ecaille, which means "tortoiseshell" in French.
