The Blues [ deCODEd ]
Blue Streak by MIRABEllA has a very fine tip
and feels like a felt marker.
It lets you do more with your cat eye, you little minx you.
I've tried another blue mascara, but the difference is a landslide.
This blue mascara shows up boldly on my dark lashes and brows.
I lined my bottom
lid with a NK sky blue soft liner to help it pop for the photo.
