Before stepping onto a runway where the realm of Lisa Frank unicorns came to life, backstage at Jeremy Scott's FW2012 show was a Skittles taste test. The nail artist mastered the appliqué by strategically placing each transcending gradient to mirror a rainbow. Come to think of it, it reminds me of Dré's ombre look.

Jeremy Scott is known for his ultra creative, on the verge of what the..., think beyond the runway fashion. No wonder the likes of Katy Perry and Kanye West are in such close acquaintance!

This is how you do neon right-- and it's so RTW! However, if it's still a little too bold for comfort, try it on one or two fingers instead (ring and middle, respectively). Then, paint the rest of your nails with a hue that compliments such as OPI's Miami Beet or Ate Berries in the Canaries. Whatever you do, just don't get carried away. Remember, neon can be stylish and respectable.
