I love this top I'm wearing. The color, the ruffles, the fabric...it screams spring! With a top so flirty, I wanted to give it a supporting cast by wearing glitter polish, fancy bracelets, and sweet mint stilettos. As far as my hair is concerned, I let my natural wave take over.
